The Aldwych is a premium calf leather classic Toe Cap Oxford, featuring Goodyear welted construction with fully leather soles that provide a high level of comfort, shape retention and added durability. Aldwych uses Loake's 'Capital' last shape, and is available in an ‘F’ fitting. These men's shoes are designed and engineered in Kettering and made in Loake's high-grade factory in England.

The Last: Capital.
One of Loake's most versatile shoe lasts, Capital is used for several of Loake's 1880 styles from formal shoes such as the Aldwych toe cap Oxford to boots such as Pimlico and Hyde. It is a medium width last with a slight chisel shape to the toe and runs true to size. Capital has been a popular choice with Loake customers since its introduction, currently nine styles are made on this last.
